MY ABEX CHALLENGE
The Ability Experience Challenges were created to enable anyone to push themselves mentally and physically on behalf of people with disabilities. Beginning in 2006 with one man's goal of competing in an Ironman triathlon, The Ability Experience Challenges has seen hundreds of participants run marathons, climb mountains and even count to a million all with the purpose of raising valuable funds for The Ability Experience!
My AbEx Challenge allows you to participate in a local event in your community or to create your own challenge. You choose your challenge and you choose your fundraising goal in support of The Ability Experience. Whether you want to ride your bike from Alaska to San Diego, climb the tallest mountain in the United States or complete your first 10k, no idea is a bad idea!
