Thanks for visiting my fundraising page!
My name is Nathan Won. I am a Sophomore at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and an entrepreneurship major. I am part of Ole Miss CRU, Ole Miss Special Olympics and the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and currently serving as the Vice Chair of Philanthropy. I am from Billerica, Massachusetts 40 minutes north of Boston and currently living in Canton, Massachusetts.
This summer, I am dedicating my time to a purpose that means the world to me serving others on one of The Ability Experience's cycling events called Journey of Hope. When I first learned about this project, it immediately resonated with me. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful inclusion, empathy, and friendship can be especially through my involvement with Special Olympics and the relationships I’ve built with people of all abilities. Those experiences changed the way I see the world and made me realize how important it is to stand up for those whose voices aren’t always heard.
That’s why I made the commitment to ride across the country with a team of Pi Kappa Phi brothers. Throughout the Journey of Hope, we will meet with dozens of organizations that support people with disabilities, spending time with them, learning from them, and sharing their stories. It isn’t just a cycling trip. It’s about spreading a message of acceptance, breaking down barriers, and showing communities everywhere that every person deserves to feel valued and included.
For me, this ride is about giving back to the people who have inspired me, encouraged me, and shown me what genuine joy looks like. It’s about honoring the friendships I’ve made and being part of something that makes a real impact. I’m choosing to spend my summer doing something bigger than myself, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity.
Please help me support The Ability Experience and its mission by making a donation through this page. Every contribution, big or small, helps create more moments of connection, support, and hope for individuals with disabilities

Driven by Purpose: A Journey of Hope Campaign
Thursday 8th JanOne of the unique aspects of Pi Kappa Phi is our commitment not only to fundraising for The Ability Experience, but also to actively participating in its mission. A portion of the donations we raise goes directly toward summer camp service projects staffed entirely by Pi Kapp volunteers. Our mission is to create shared experiences that support people with disabilities and develop the men of Pi Kappa Phi into servant leaders.
Inspired by this mission and by my own experiences with Special Olympics and serving in my chapter, I created the Driven By Purpose Campaign. The concept is simple:
Partner with the 11 Panhellenic sororities at the University of Mississippi.
For every dollar donated by each sorority, I will dedicate time to serving the charitable organization of their choice. Every donation fuels the mission, and I’m committed to matching your support with meaningful action
Each sorority on campus has a strong philanthropic purpose that aligns with our shared dedication to helping individuals with disabilities and supporting meaningful causes. For example:
Kappa Delta supports Prevent Child Abuse America and the Girl Scouts of the USA by promoting child safety, confidence-building, and healthy development through national programs and local mentorship initiatives that empower young girls and protect children.
Delta Gamma supports the blind and visually impaired by funding guide dogs and educational programs through Service for Sight, and their local partner the Gallant Hearts Guide Dog Center.
Chi Omega partners with the Make-A-Wish Foundation by granting life changing wishes to children with critical illnesses through national programs and local events that bring hope, joy, and meaningful experiences to kids facing medical challenges.
The Goal:
Raise $15,000 across all 11 sororities, which will translate to 250 hours of volunteer service. To help achieve this, I’m assembling a team of young Pi Kappa Phi members from my chapter to join me in completing these service commitments.
Every Donation Fuels Possibility. Together, through Driven By Purpose, we can create a lasting and meaningful impact. Help us turn miles into smiles, and smiles into WON
Thank you for your support!
