My Journey of Hope!
This summer, I am dedicating my time to serving others on one of The Ability Experience's cycling events called Journey of Hope. I will be joining a team that will travel across the country in order to spread our message of empathy and acceptance for our friends with disabilities! We will meet with dozens of organizations that support people with disabilities along the way.

With your help, I can be a part of a life-changing experience in 2026. I hope you can support my effort to challenge myself while impacting the lives of people with disabilities.
What is this “life-changing” experience?
Well, I am glad you asked!
I have recently committed to cycling across Florida this summer in an experience called Gear Up Florida. I am doing this to support, raise money, and spread awareness for people with disabilities.
It’s a ride with purpose put on by the Ability Experience, a non profit organization created by my fraternity to promote inclusivity and understanding for those with disabilities. We want people to realize that disability does not mean inability.
The true impact of Gear Up Florida can be felt through its programming. Nearly everyday on the trip, the team meets with organizations that support people with disabilities at events we call friendship visits. These unique shared experiences could be a karaoke dance party or a game of wheelchair basketball or even just sharing a meal together. I will get to participate in an event that will show me new perspectives and learn lessons that will impact me for the rest of my life. This journey is about service beyond self and the men of Pi Kappa Phi have been dedicated to fulfilling its mission, one mile at a time, since 1997.
