My Gear Up New York Journey!

This summer, I am dedicating my time to serving others on one of The Ability Experience's cycling events called Gear Up New York. I will be joining a team that will travel across the Empire State from Niagara Falls to Manhattan in order to spread our message of empathy and acceptance for our friends with disabilities! We will meet with dozens of organizations that support people with disabilities along the way.

Everytime I go for I ride I'll be posting a little Blog post keeping everyone updated with my training journey. Yestarday I went for a little ride around Wash Park. It was the first nice day in Denver for a while so I wanted to switch things up from riding on the pelaton.
