Gear Up New York 2026

This summer, I am dedicating my time to serving others on one of The Ability Experience's cycling events called Gear Up New York. I will be joining a team that will travel across the Empire State from Niagara Falls to Manhattan in order to spread our message of empathy and acceptance for our friends with disabilities! We will meet with dozens of organizations that support people with disabilities along the way.

I come to you with a joyous Update! We have reached the 2k mark, and I have just made it to 500 training miles. In the weeks leading up to our departure I plan to increase my training load, knowing that the pain and struggle I endure in training will all prevale in the face of a good cause. Join me in these following weeks as we all come closer to the beginning of greatness

A Long Expected Party

Every journey has its beginnings. Many times what ends up being labeled as the start is no such thing. The first chapter of a book follows the preamble, which follows the title page, which follows the cover. This journey of mine starts here. Today. The departure may still be labeled as where we begin, but in all our hearts we know it’s but a new step in the journey. So join me as I embark on a journey to raise money and awareness for our differently-abled friends and family!
