members of the disability community who are adaptive athletes, like myself, who deserve the right to try, participate, and excel in a new competitive sport. Equipment fees and other barriers to entry should not be a lasting deterrent from someone getting to enjoy the immeasurable value added to a person's mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being by trying a new sport with family, friends, and other members of one's community.Please consider making a contribution to my page as I set out to try adaptive skiing for the first time at the Ability Experience Challenge event taking place at the National Ability Center on February 21st in Park City, UT!
