My Journey of Hope!

This summer, I am dedicating my time to serving others on one of The Ability Experience's cycling events called Journey of Hope. I will be joining a team that will travel across the country in order to spread our message of empathy and acceptance for our friends with disabilities! We will meet with dozens of organizations that support people with disabilities along the way.

Why JOH?

Since joining Pi Kappa Phi I have enjoyed all of the opportunities to get involved with The Ability Experience. My first experience was last Spring at the Rochester Rotary Sunshine Camp where I teamed up with brothers from my chapter and chapters across NY. We went around the camp cleaning gutters, raking a mountain of leaves, or chopping wood. The work we did here was not glamorous or particularly exciting, but it made a real impact on the camp's ability to continue their goal of making fun accessible to children with disabilities. This experience only made me want to continue my work with The Ability Experience, and what better way to make an impact than raising money for the cause. Please consider making a donation to this page to help me reach my goal, if you’re unable to donate, sharing the link is just as appreciated.
